Thanks for purchasing our products at www.mafalabs.studio operated by Mafalabs Studio PLT. To be eligible for a refund, you need to ensure that the desired service is either correct or incorrect within 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase. The service must be in acceptable condition in terms of the quality of its images or videos that have been completed before you receive it. Our professional team will check and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the services is not satisfied in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
